Shipping policy

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

Whatever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.

For urgent requests, a Chronopost solution can be requested by email at contact.eroots@gmail.com. This solution may generate additional costs payable by the customer.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.

The dimensions of the bags are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Exchange and return policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to arrange for an exchange or refund for unused items. The original packaging is required for any exchange or refund.

  • Any exchange or return can be made, within 14 days of the date of purchase, by returning your package.

  • Make sure your package is complete in its original packaging.

  • E-Roots will not pay freight charges for any returned item, unless agreed upon with respect to the items purchased.

  • If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping costs remain applicable.

  • Note that any modified or transformed item cannot be returned or exchanged.
